El Taco Locco

My brother suggests that we try this restaurant when we pulled over to take a break after coming from riverside, California to Norwalk to pick up some paperwork the staff are wonderful It seems to me to be family owned everyone is so kind and attentive the food takes a little bit of time to be served but once it's served, it's like you've never had to wait at all the salsa is beautiful. They have multiple kinds I tried 4 of them, 2 of them tasted like meat which was a present surprise the other two tasted like high quality in house made salsa my brother had the wet burrito it tasted like it was a dream come true the meat melted in in my mouth everything blended together together perfectly it didn't cost as much money to eat there for lunch its cost us 44.29 I got the fried fish with rice beans lettuce, tomatoes and some guacamole with two warm tortillas I don't really like guacamole to much but this was so good I've never tasted anything like it now I know it sounds unbelievable, but try this place just to see what i'm saying, the proportions are huge the staff are nice and the price is just the way it should be especially in today's economy, I just know that you will enjoy this place as much as me and my family did when you do, don't forget who told you

Very good place to eat prices are very reasonable. The carne asada burrito was delicious and the menudo on a rainy Thursday afternoon really hit the spot. Friendly atmosphere and nice people. I give this spot two thumbs up.

I've been coming here for over a decade. The food is quite tasty; just about everything. They used to have one of the best free salsa bar until the pandemic took it away. It could be a 5* if they bring back the salsa bar. The two elderly ladies (I forgot their name) provide great customer service. They make you feel very welcome. The interior itself looks like what it used to be 20 years ago, but you don't go there for the decors. You go there for the food and services. They have weekday specials such as taco Tuesday and fish taco Wednesday. Very reasonable price.

Love their Mexican food..Delia the owner is so sweet. I buy something every week.. have been going there for over 30 years.. one of the few family restaurants left in Norwalk.. please stop by and enjoy

Good Tacos! Tasty! Nothing special, straight forward Mexican food.

Amazing service. Quick to greet and service as soon as you walk in. First time being at this location. Ordered a fish taco, smelled absolutely fresh, presentation at it's best. The place has a small island bar full of different types of salsa. Has a great selection menu. I will be definitely coming back to try some more. Families welcomed. Feels like a mom and pop place to grub and have a few drinks and definitely enjoy the atmosphere and have some laughs.
